There are innumerable things

Brisbane was
named after the New South Wales Governor Sir Thomas Brisbane
in 1823. The population of Brisbane in 1851 was 2097, tripling
to 6051 in 1861 and then doubling again by 1864 to 12,551.
In 2006 it was put at 1,763,131 and now is a major metropolis
and capital of Queensland. It has every facility imaginable
and is a pleasant place to visit or live.
